Returns Information

ACS sells serviceable used parts, these parts may be new, equivalent to new, used or refurbished, all parts pass OEM diagnostics and carry a 30 Day warranty.

Advanced Computer Services, Inc. warranty and returns information is as follows:

30 Day warranty from the purchase date on all equipment purchased. Warranty may be exchange or in store credit only . Credit memos and refunds will be issued at our discretion only. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all non warranty returns. No exceptions. To be eligible for a warranty claim you must request an RMA number. Product must be returned within 45 days in order to qualify for warranty or restocking procedure. All claims or disputes must be resolved within 60 days. you are responsible for making sure that we receive the product in the correct form, as represented, with the correct serial number. After 60 days all sales shall be considered final and disputed product will be returned to you at your charge.
